Social Security COLA 2025 Increase Sparks Backlash

WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:

Senior groups reacted to the cost-of-living (COLA) adjustment announced on Thursday(link is external) for 2025 Social Security payment, saying it likely will not cover higher costs retirees are facing.
