WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), John Cornyn (R-Texas), and members from the Texas delegation wrote to the North American Development Bank (NADBank) urging its board to revive the Water Infrastructure Fund to assist border communities facing water shortages.
In the letter, the members wrote, "As it did in previous years, NADBank should use funding from retained earnings to provide concession . . .
