NEWARK, New Jersey, Oct. 10 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Oct. 9, 2024:
The owner of a New Jersey counseling center was sentenced today to 15 months in prison for her role in a health care fraud scheme involving hundreds of false claims, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
Maria P. Cosentino, 61, of Garfield, New Jersey, previously pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Katharine S. Hay . . .
