WASHINGTON, Oct. 9 -- The Corporation for Public Broadcasting issued the following news release on Oct. 8, 2024:
The Board of Directors of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), the steward of the federal government's investment in public broadcasting, today unanimously elected Rubydee (Ruby) Calvert of Wyoming as chair and Laura Ross of New York as vice chair. They will serve one-year terms.
