Certain forms to be removed from Defense Travel System

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Oct. 8 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:

Travelers need to be aware that the capability to print the following Government forms from within the Defense Travel System (DTS) will be removed effective Nov. 4, 2024 (date subject to change):

DD Form 1610 Request and Authorization for TDY Travel

DD Form 1351-2 Travel Voucher

Optional Form (OF) 1164 . . .
