Jobs growth feels less positive if Americans are forced to take on a second job to afford necessities.

Today, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that 254,000 jobs were added in September. Also, July and August employment growth was revised up by 72,000 jobs combined. The unemployment rate ticked down by 0.1% to 4.1% . . .
