NEWARK, New Jersey, Oct. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Oct. 2, 2024:
A Newark business owner today admitted bribing a former city official in exchange for that official's assistance in acquiring and redeveloping Newark-owned properties, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
