CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Oct. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A second man has now pleaded guilty to carjacking a McAllen resident, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
