BROWNSVILLE, Texas, Oct. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 51-year-old man has been sentenced following his conviction for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Rosalio Mendoza pleaded guilty May 1.
U.S. District Judge Rolando Olvera has now ordered Mendoza to serve 120 months in federal prison to be immediately followed by five yea . . .
