ABERDEEN, Mississippi, Oct. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi issued the following news release on Oct. 2, 2024:
Derrick Stewart, Jr., 20, was sentenced on Tuesday afternoon to 10 years in prison for firearms trafficking and conspiracy to traffic firearms.
The investigation began after agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives noticed a high volume of firearms recovered in crimes in the city of Chica . . .
