NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following news release on Sept. 29, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that former United States Army reservist CODY FRANCIS ("FRANCIS"), pled guilty on September 26, 2024 to conspiracy to commit theft of government funds.
