WASHINGTON, Sept. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
As FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell continues to meet with state and local emergency managers in areas impacted by Hurricane Helene, today, she was in several areas of Georgia assessing damage, talking with survivors and meeting with emergency workers. She will be traveling to North Carolina on Monday, Sept. 30.
