MCALLEN, Texas, Sept. 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 58-year-old man has been sentenced for importing 25 kilograms of cocaine into the United States from Mexico, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Fidel Aguirre-Montalvo pleaded guilty June 6, 2023.
U.S. District Judge Drew B. Tipton has now ordered Aguirre to serve 46 months in federal prison to be immediately followed b . . .
