WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23), Co-Chair of the For Country Caucus comprised of military veterans in Congress, introduced H.Res.1485 to pay tribute to the more than 80,000 American servicemembers who remain missing in action from previous conflicts. This resolution would support the designation of National POW/MIA Recognition Day on the third Friday of every September annually.
