COLUMBIA, South Carolina, Sept. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina issued the following news release:
Johnny Mercer Vanover, 49, of Columbia was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to assault on a federal employee.
