JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas, Sept. 24 -- The U.S. Air Force Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (16th Air Force) issued the following news:

A team of technicians from Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania, have been installing new fiber optic cable at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, that runs underground, ensuring military personnel on base have efficient internet speeds.
