WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
NEW YORK On Sept. 19, Enforcement and Removal Operations New York City arrested an unlawfully present citizen of Ecuador convicted by the Rockland County Court of burglary in the third degree and sexual abuse in the second degree.
Officers from ERO New York City's Newburgh office arrested the 30-year-old sex offender at the Otisville . . .
