WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Tim Walberg, R-Michigan, issued the following news release on Sept. 18, 2024:

Today, the House Energy & Commerce Committee voted to advance Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2.0), comprehensive children's online privacy reform introduced by Reps. Tim Walberg (R-MI) and Kathy Castor (D-FL).
