WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Sept. 17, 2024:

Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency presented 2024 Regional Pollution Prevention Awards to Vallourec Star, Avantor Solon Manufacturing Center (both located in Ohio) and GEOTEK (located in Minnesota) for showing a commitment to pollution prevention by reducing, eliminating or preventing pollution at the source, prior to recycling, treatment or disposal.
