KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, Sept. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee issued the following news release:
On September 18, 2024, Melody Sasser, 48, of Knoxville, TN, was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 100 months by the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan, United States District Judge, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee at Knoxville. Following her imprisonment, Sasser will be on supervised release for three years. . . .
