PORTLAND, Maine, Sept. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maine issued the following news release on Sept. 17, 2024:
A Portland man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Portland for distributing fentanyl, using or carrying a dangerous weapon in a drug crime, and failing to appear before the court.
U.S. District Judge John A. Woodcock, Jr. sentenced Marcus Mello, 27, to 181 months in prison to be followed by four years of supervised releas . . .
