ALBANY, New York, Sept. 18 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release on Sept. 17, 2024:

Kyle Offringa, age 33, of Caledonia, Michigan, and Highway and Heavy Parts, LLC ("HHP"), a heavy-duty diesel parts supplier headquartered in Coleman, Michigan, recently pled guilty to conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act ("CAA").
