Today, the U.S. Senate confirmed Mr. Kevin Ritz to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. U.S. Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL), Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released the following statement regarding Mr. Ritz's confirmation:
