PLANO, Texas, Sept. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas issued the following news release:

A Dallas man has been charged with a federal drug trafficking violation related to the death of two women in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs.
