HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, Sept. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Sept. 16, 2024:
David Dwayne Moore, also known as "B," 47, of Huntington, was sentenced today to three years and nine months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine base, also known as "crack."
