CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Sept. 13 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Sept. 12, 2024:
Joseph Daniel Skeens, 35, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty today to distribution of methamphetamine.
