Congressman Nathaniel Moran (R-TX-01), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, voted for legislation that he cosponsored to protect American sovereignty against the World Health Organization (WHO). H.R. 1425, the No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act, passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 219 to 199.
