WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Rep. Randy Feenstra, R-Iowa, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Rep. Randy Feenstra (R-Hull) voted for, and the U.S. House of Representatives passed, the End Chinese Dominance of Electric Vehicles in America Act, which would prevent China from receiving generous tax credits for the production of electric vehicles.
"There is no reason whatsoever that American taxpayers should be funding the production of electric vehicles in China . . .
