DEL RIO, Texas, Sept. 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas issued the following news release:
A Mexican national was sentenced in federal court to 12 years in prison and ordered to pay more than $52,000 in restitution for her role as a stash house operator and facilitator.
According to court documents, Dulce Maria Almaguer-Morquecho, 43, of Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico was registered as the owner of multiple vehicles and a cell phone . . .
