WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Rep. Jim Costa, D-California, issued the following news release:
Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) announced $3,700,214 in federal funding for the City of Fresno to replace failing water pipes and protect its drinking water system infrastructure from drought.
