WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Rep. John Moolenaar, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Today, Gotion Inc. argued in court that its CEO should not have to testify in legal proceedings between the giant CCP-affiliated company and the small town of 1,400 people it is suing. This goes against the previous statement of Gotion's Vice President of North American Manufacturing who promised in May that "Gotion will be a center for transparency of fact sharing."
