WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

NEW YORK - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is inviting the public to comment on its proposal to finalize a final cleanup plan for the 80-120 Lister Ave. portion of the Diamond Alkali Superfund Site in Newark, NJ.
