Today on the floor, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) highlighted the dangers of Democrat Leader Schumer delaying the consideration of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), leaving the U.S. Department of Defense and service members in the lurch without the ability to plan.
