DETROIT, Michigan, Sept. 4 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan issued the following news release:
The ACLU of Michigan and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit today against a member of the Kalamazoo Board of County Canvassers who, according to statements attributed to him in a recent Detroit News article, indicated his willingness to violate Michigan's Constitution and election law if he disagrees with the results of the upcoming presidential election.
