CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Aug. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Aug. 28, 2024:
Jessica Nutter, 39, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty today to receipt of stolen money.
