WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) celebrated a ribbon cutting at a new home with NeighborWorks Laredo. $50,000 in federal funds was utilized to help fund this project through the Housing and Urban Development HOME Grant Program.
