WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
On Monday, Representative Roy sent a letter to FBI Director Wray demanding the truth about the Department of Justice's use of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act against pro-life Americans.
Rep. Roy writes, "Since January 2021, the Civil Rights Division has charged 24 FACE Act cases against 55 defendants, with only two of these cases consisting of five defendants ori . . .
