WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
BISMARCK, N.D. Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement after the passing of former North Dakota state legislator Randy Schobinger.
"Randy was a strong example of a good guy who worked hard on behalf of his family and community. His dedication and drive were demonstrated early in his career, having been elected to the state legislature at the age of just 25. . . .
