ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Aug. 9 -- The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis issued the following news release on Aug. 8, 2024:
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis announced today that Francois G. Henriquez has been appointed first vice president and chief operating officer, effective Aug. 15, 2024. He will succeed Kathleen O'Neill in this role; she is retiring after more than 36 years of distinguished service to the Federal Reserve System.
