WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Aug. 5, 2024:
Today, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced a settlement with RBL Products Inc. located at 6040 Russell St., Detroit, Michigan, for allegedly selling unregistered pesticide products in violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The company has stopped producing and selling the pesticide products and will pay a $584,000 penalty.
