WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection issued the following news release:

ANDRADE, Calif. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Andrade Port of Entry discovered 71.29 pounds of blue fentanyl pills concealed within the spare tire of a truck.
