Bipartisan legislation authored by U.S. Senators Gary Peters (D-MI) and Mike Rounds (R-SD) that requires FEMA to accept requests from Tribal governments to receive a Fire Management Assistance Grant (FMAG) Declaration has advanced in the Senate.
