WASHINGTON, July 31 -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued the following news release:
ATLANTA -Mia Aesthetics Services ATL, LLC, and Mia Aesthetic Services, LLC, a cosmetic surgery provider with offices in eleven U.S. cities, illegally discriminated against a disabled employee when it refused to provide a reasonable accommodation and terminated her employment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
