Pa. U.S. Attorney: FCI Allenwood Inmate Charged With Possession of a Weapon and a Controlled Substance

SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Aug. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:

The United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Thomas Burton, age 48, a New York City native, was indicted on July 30, 2024, by a federal grand jury for possessing a weapon and controlled substance while being an inmate in prison.
