WASHINGTON, July 29 -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued the following news release:

DALLAS Third Bench Holdings LLC will pay $165,000 and furnish other relief to settle a lawsuit for unlawful retaliation filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
