NORFOLK, Virginia, July 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release:

A Portsmouth man was sentenced yesterday to four years and nine months in prison for aggravated identity theft, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and defrauding a COVID relief program.
