WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Rep. John Rose, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release:

Representative John Rose (TN-06) spoke on the House Floor Thursday following the news that U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned her post earlier in the week. Rep. Rose also voiced support for a bipartisan task force to investigate the events leading up to the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump.
