Today, U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-07) cosponsored a constitutional amendment, introduced by Committee on House Administration Ranking Member Joe Morelle (NY-25), that will reverse the Supreme Court's recent decision to grant presidents immunity from criminal prosecution.
