ORLANDO, Florida, July 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that Sebastian Gabriel Lugo-Lugo (20, Orlando) has pleaded guilty to distribution of fentanyl and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Lugo-Lugo faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 5 years, up to life, in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
