Senators Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Joni Ernst (R-IA) announced today that on a bipartisan basis they will be joined by Ruby and Hagit Chen in attending Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's address to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, July 24.
